Work with me

There are different ways to put my brain to work.

Because there are different kinds of problems.

Sometimes there’s one thing that keeps happening and you want it to stop. Sometimes nothing is dramatically wrong, but you’re beginning to realise the way you’re handling your life is costing you far more than it should.

Sometimes the problem only really appears when work enters the picture. Sometimes it appears when other humans enter the picture.

And sometimes the problem isn’t you at all. It’s your business, your idea, your positioning, your IP or the slightly alarming pile of things you’ve created that you’re convinced belongs together somehow.

Different problem. Different scope. Different work.

Just looking

You don’t necessarily need to change anything yet.

Sometimes the most useful place to start is simply to see what’s going on.

My assessments give you a structured reading of how you’re currently operating within a particular context. Not who you are, not your personality and not a diagnosis. A reading.

Because two people can be dealing with what looks like exactly the same problem and be getting there in completely different ways. And if we don’t know what we’re looking at, deciding what to do about it is a bit premature.

You can take a reading as a standalone thing. You don’t have to work with me afterwards.

One Thing · £995

Or maybe you already know what the thing is.

You don’t need your entire life excavated. You don’t need to become a project. You just want to deal with that bloody thing.

The conversation you keep avoiding. The reaction you can see coming and still can’t seem to stop. The thing with money. Visibility. Speaking up. Flying. Birth. Being judged. Saying no. Whatever it is.

Give me that.

One situation. One MO. We’ll put a fence around it.

We’ll work on what’s inside the fence. That doesn’t make the work superficial. Narrower doesn’t mean shallower. It just means we’re not giving ourselves permission to follow every interesting thread that appears.

One thing. One clear fence. Up to one month.

Internal Architecture Scan · from £1,650

Or you want the map before anything else.

Sometimes it isn’t one thing. You’ve got a collection of reactions, patterns, fears, habits and old stuff that clearly connect somehow, but you don’t know what belongs where, or what to work on first.

The Internal Architecture Scan is the mapping part of my deeper private work, available on its own. I do the mapping. You get the roadmap. Then you choose what happens next, with me or without me.

The bigger work

And then there’s the bigger work.

This is where the question changes. It isn’t how serious is my problem? Or how much fixing do I need?

How much of your world are we putting on the table?

Humans don’t organise themselves neatly according to coaching packages.

Something that looks like a confidence problem might turn out to have its fingers in your relationship with money, risk and visibility. The way you handle responsibility at work might look remarkably similar to the way you handle responsibility at home. The reason you won’t delegate might have very little to do with delegation.

Humans are annoyingly interconnected.

So the bigger pieces of work aren’t different levels of transformation. You don’t graduate from one to another. They simply give us a different-sized fence.

Why OS?

Why do they all have OS in the name?

Because the OS is where we work.

Your MO (how you operate when life turns up) is where you see the problem, and where everyone around you sees it too. The control. The avoiding. The two days of preparation. The conversation you’ve been not-having for six months.

Your OS is the system underneath that decides what’s available to you in those moments. That’s what we work on.

I use my assessments to get a reading of how you’re currently operating, and where it looks like a lot of you is tied up just keeping things running. The work is about freeing that up, so more of you is available.

And the point I’m looking for is osmosis. You’re no longer having to remember to do things differently. It’s just how you operate now.

Upgrade Your OS and Professional OS last four months. Leadership OS lasts five, because there’s more on the table. The first month is all about mapping: understanding what we’re actually looking at, where the patterns sit, what appears connected and what doesn’t. And getting ready. Then we work.

Sessions are part of that, obviously. But they’re actually the smallest part of how I work. I’m thinking about your case between sessions, you’re working with tools and materials I give you between sessions, things happen in real life, and we adjust, follow things, test things and keep going.

Forget weekly talking with homework attached. This is collaborative, active work on the human system we’ve agreed is on the table.

My Brain on Your Thing · from £3,000

And then there’s your Thing.

Maybe you’re here because you’ve read all this and thought: lovely. But I don’t actually want Alexia to work ON me.

All good.

Maybe you want my brain on your business or your idea. Or your positioning, your IP or your product architecture. Something you’ve been building for years that has become so familiar you can no longer see what the hell is going on.

This is different work. I’m not looking at your operating system. I’m looking at The Thing.

What is this, actually? What belongs together? What doesn’t? What’s the thing underneath the things? Where’s the value hiding? And what the hell could this become?

You bring me the mess. I’ll look for the shape.

ERBurnout

There is one exception.

If somebody has hit the wall and their normal ability to function at work has significantly deteriorated, I don’t think they need to spend three weeks browsing websites deciding which personal development programme resonates with them. That’s a different situation.

Burnout ER is my acute, concentrated work for people who are no longer functioning normally at work and need something more immediate and intensive. It can be commissioned privately or by an organisation. Where medical or clinical care is appropriate, it sits alongside that care. It doesn’t replace it.

How do you choose?

You don’t get extra points for choosing the biggest piece of work.

The price changes because the landscape changes. A bigger landscape means I have more that needs doing behind the scenes at my end.

  • One Thing gives us one defined problem.
  • The Internal Architecture Scan gives you the map.
  • Upgrade Your OS gives us you.
  • Professional OS gives us you and work.
  • Leadership OS gives us you, work and the other humans involved.
  • My Brain on Your Thing gives me your complicated Thing instead.
  • An assessment doesn’t ask us to change anything at all. It lets us look.

So don’t ask which is the best one? Ask:

What are we putting on the table?

That’s the scope. And once we know that, the rest gets considerably easier.

I’d rather start with a reading →
