Tell me about your Thing.
A few lines is plenty. If it’s easier to show me, drop a link.
You bring me the mess. I’ll look for the shape.
My Brain on Your Thing · from £3,000
A business. An idea. A body of IP. A product. A positioning problem. A pivot. Ten years of things you’ve built that definitely belong together somehow but currently resemble the contents of a kitchen drawer.
This is my happy place.
What I do
What is this, actually? What’s the common strand? What belongs together and what doesn’t? Which assumptions have become invisible? Where is the value hiding?
What’s confusing because it really is complex, and what’s confusing because nobody has made the right distinction yet?
Then: how do we explain it, position it, organise it, commercialise it or build from it?
I spent about 20 years in marketing and business before I turned the same brain on human change. Sometimes the complicated thing is a human. Sometimes it’s a business. Sometimes it’s an idea.
Same brain. Different object.
How it works
Documents, decks, notes, voice notes, websites, half-finished thinking. Whatever gives me access to the Thing. I immerse myself in it before we meet.
Then we have a working session. It won’t be a presentation where I reveal 73 slides you’ve already paid me to make. We think together, pull things apart, test the architecture and work out what comes next.
You’ll get the recording and a useful AI-assisted synthesis and action record afterwards. I’d rather spend my time thinking about your Thing than spend three days turning the thinking into a beautiful consultancy report.
And if part of the answer turns out to be an AI system, I build those too.
What this isn’t
Sometimes one piece of thinking unlocks the next six months. Sometimes it exposes a bigger piece of work. We don’t need to know any of that before we start.

The final fee depends on how much material I need to get inside and how complex the Thing is.
It starts with you telling me about your Thing. Then you’ll get a link to book a time to talk it through.
