Three years ago I started doing something nobody in the personal development industry does.
I started measuring it.
Not feelings. Not self-reported progress. Not “do you feel better?” – but actual data. Calibration readings taken from every client I worked with, at regular intervals, tracked over time. Baseline, floor, ceiling. The full picture of how someone is operating, how far they drop when things go wrong, and how high they can reach when everything’s working.
I’ve been sitting on this data quietly. Partly because I wasn’t sure what to do with it. Partly because the numbers are so far outside what the research says is possible that I didn’t want to just announce them without the stories to back them up.
Dr David R. Hawkins spent decades researching human consciousness. His research says the average person moves five points on his scale in a lifetime.
Here’s what I’ve been watching happen.
Six clients. Here’s the aggregate:

Average movement: +263 points. Average time: 6 months.
The average floor shift – the lowest point each person drops to when things go wrong – was +172 points. In practical terms: the worst days got categorically less extreme. Not managed. Not coped with. Structurally changed.
Hawkins says five points in a lifetime.
My average client moved 263 in six months.

Behind every one of those numbers is a story. And over the next few weeks I’m going to tell them.
A senior executive who lost her job two thirds of the way through our programme – and within days was hired by a billionaire at £300k to manage his private jet purchase. The exact intention she’d set a month earlier.
A woman in Norway who found £100k growing in trees at the bottom of her new garden. Money she didn’t know she owned. Right at the end of the programme.
A client who’d spent two decades in therapy still carrying a shame that turned out not to be hers – her birth mother’s wound, absorbed before she had words for it. Cleared in two months.
A CEO whose revenue projection jumped £650k in three months – from one cleared conflict and one cleared sales block.
And two more.
The stories are the proof behind the numbers. The numbers are the proof behind the stories. You need both.
Starting next week.
