You won’t be asked to work through a structured onboarding programme before we can begin. You won’t be penalised for a last-minute reschedule when something breaks at work. You won’t spend session time learning a method when you could be using that time to clear the thing that’s actually blocking you.

Everything is structured around your outcome. If you need a session to walk through the method- we schedule it. If your EA calls the day before to move the session – we move it. If you want to understand the mechanism or just want the results – both are fine.

What I ask of you in return: when you do show up, you’re in. And you do the work between sessions. The results scale with the work you put in outside the room – and I make that work as frictionless as possible.

What’s included

Intake and architecture mapping
Before we begin I map your internal architecture thoroughly – intake form, energetic testing, your clearance themes identified, your wounds located. I build your personal plan. We then have a session to walk through it. You don’t need to have prepared anything or worked through any content first. I come to you.

Flexible sessions – your rhythm, your length
Sessions are built around your diary. Weekly shorter sessions (30 or 60 minutes) or fortnightly deeper dives (2 hours). Or a combination of both as the work evolves. Your EA can reschedule up to the day before. Work crises happen. This programme is built for people whose work crises are real.

Done-for-you clearance materials
Every clearance you need written out as ready-to-use scripts and mantras. Open the document. Do the work. No method to learn, no videos to wade through unless you want them. If you want a session to walk through the method properly, we schedule it- that’s not a curriculum requirement, it’s an option.

Wound healing recordings – above standard allocation
More wound healing recordings than any other programme, because leaders at this level can consume them efficiently on their own schedule. Thirty minutes before sleep. On a long-haul flight. During a rare quiet hour. These compound the session work significantly and you control the pace.

Ladder of Growth assessment – start and end

    How is this different from executive coaching?

    Executive coaching works on strategy, behaviour, and performance. The Leadership OS works on the internal architecture underneath those things – the emotional roots, the wounds, the subconscious patterns that are setting the ceiling on what the coaching and strategy can achieve. Many clients tell me they could only successfully execute their coaching or strategy after doing this work. The two are not in competition. This is the layer below.

    What's the Ladder of Growth assessment?

    It’s a measurement tool I developed through Ladder of Growth – a company built specifically to make inner growth visible. It assesses you across categories that are relevant to your specific role (CEO, Leadership, or Founder lens) and produces a detailed report. You take it at the start and end of the programme. The delta between the two is the data version of your transformation.

    Can this be put through the business?

    Yes. At this level, the work is directly relevant to professional performance and leadership capacity. Many clients expense it accordingly. Speak to your accountant.

    What does a typical programme look like in practice?

    It varies – that’s the point. Some clients want weekly 60-minute check-ins with a deeper fortnightly session. Some prefer fortnightly 2-hour sessions with significant independent work between them. We design the structure on the call based on your diary, your goals, and what the work requires.

    How long is the programme?

    Typically three to four months, though this is determined on the call based on what we’re working on and what your situation requires. The intake and architecture mapping, and onboarding happens before the clock starts, and then we have 3 months of focussed work.

    The onboarding can take a few weeks depending on diaries. The focussed work only starts once we are both clear on how we both need to proceed; the plan, the work in between sessions and how to get the best results.

    What happens at the end?

    We review the data – LoG assessment comparison, calibration arc, what’s shifted. Some clients are done. Some want to extend the current focus, while others choose to continue into a different lens or phase of work. We discuss it when the time is right.
