One Thing is a month of working together on a single focus. You pick the thing — one aspect of the anxiety that keeps surfacing, one block you keep hitting in your business, one pattern in your relationships you’re done with. We spend a month on it. I show you how Head Trash Clearance works, we clear what we can, and we see how far we can get.

No promises on how much ground we’ll cover. That depends what you’ve picked and how hard you go at it. But you’ll move.

What’s included

Three sessions over the month – roughly weekly, scheduled at times that work for you. Each session is focused, targeted, and working directly on your one thing.

Between sessions you’ll have access to simple online resources – short videos walking you through the Head Trash Clearance method so you can do clearances on your own between sessions if you want to. There’s no pressure to – but if you do, you’ll move faster.

One Thing one £750
Three x 75-minute sessions. Regular contact, momentum, clearing and moving week by week. The right choice if you want consistent touchpoints and to keep things shifting throughout the month.

One Thing two — £995
Two x 2-hour sessions. Longer deep-dives with more space between them to integrate and do clearance work in between. The right choice if you want to go deeper in each sitting and have more time to let the work land before the next session.

      What happens in a month

      However you structure your sessions, the arc is the same.

      At the start: I get under the hood of your one thing — what’s actually driving it, what the clearance list looks like. You begin learning the method and doing your first clearances.

      In the middle: What’s shifted, what’s surfaced, what needs adjusting. The plan is always live — clearing one thing often moves others. The work happening between sessions is as important as the sessions themselves.

      At the end: We review. What’s moved, what’s different, where you are now versus where you started.

      Some people are done in a month. Some people look at what’s moved and decide they want more. Both are fine.

      A note on results

      I won’t promise you’ll clear the whole thing in a month. What I will tell you is that people regularly surprise themselves with how much moves in a short time. One client came in overwhelmed with anxiety, panic attacks, couldn’t sleep. By her third session she told me she felt completely Zen. She cancelled her fourth session – she didn’t need it.

      That’s not the norm. But it’s not as unusual as you’d think.

      What should I pick as my one thing?

      Something specific enough to work on in a month. Not “my anxiety” — but “my anxiety around sales calls” or “the overwhelm I feel every Sunday evening.” The more specific the focus, the more ground we cover.

      What if more things come up during the month?

      They will. That’s normal – clearing one thing often surfaces others. We note them and stay focused on the original thing. If you want to continue, there’s always a next step.

      Can I do this if I've never done any inner work before?

      Yes. You don’t need any prior experience. I’ll walk you through everything.

      What if I want more than a month?

      We talk about it at the end of the month. There are several ways to continue depending on what you need and what’s emerged.

      Is this suitable for business problems as well as personal ones?

      Yes. Your one thing can be personal or professional. A business block, a relationship pattern, an anxiety – all of it is workable.

      Will I learn Head Trash Clearance properly?
